Short description of the project:
The project encapsulates investing in procurement and implementation of ICT solutions with the goal of further developing the company’s business. Software and hardware ICT solutions, that provide further growth and development of the organisation, are being procured.
Project activities include:
- Procurement of ICT business solutions with the goal of further developing the business
- Project management
- Promotion and visibility
Procurements include:
- Procurement od software licenses
- Procurement of hardware (servers, computers, video equipment, periphery)
- Procurement and installation of active and passive network equipment
- Installation of computer equipment
- Training employees to use the new equipment
With this investment the company significantly improves its business processes of marketing, sales, human resources management, company asset management and risk management.
Goals and the expected results of the project:
- General goal of the project is to contribute to the development of small and medium scale entrepreneurship in Croatia, strenghtening their competitive market position and international surroundings and by applying ICT secure the support of information society in Croatia.
- The purpose, or the specific goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Barek usluge company by applying ICT, with which better client interaction will be ensured and business processess will be improved.
The suggested project will ensure the accomplishement of these indicators:
- CO01 – number of comapnies that are getting the support: 1
- CO02 – number of companies that are getting resources: 1
- CO06: Production investment: Private investments which match the public entrepreneur support: 56.552,48 HRK
- CO08: Increase in employment in entrepreneurs that are receiving support: 1
- The number of business processes which will improve by introducing ICT solutions: 5
- sales income increase: 420.989,80
Full value of the project: 161.408,80 HRK
Granted sum of non-returnable resources (support): 104.856,32 HRK
Time of conducting the project: 1.8.2019. – 18.8.2020.
Project duration: 13 months

The project encapsulates the promotion of the Barek services service portfolio on a foreign market of German speaking area (Austria, Germany, Switzerland), and especially the promotion of their own product, the nova-karijera.net portal, or neue-karriere.net.
There are 5 expositions planned on international fairs all across Austria during the years 2019. and 2020.:

- CO06: Production investment: Private investments which match the public entrepreneur support: 23.067,00 HRK
- 3d11: SMEs which received support for internationalisation: 1
- Increase in sales revenue for a minimal 350%
- Increase in export revenue for a minimal 100%
- Appearence at 5 fairs in 18 months of execution
- Preserving the work spots and making a positive environment for new ones
Full value of the project: 153.777,00 HRK
Granted sum of non-returnable resources (support): 130.710,00 HRK
Time of conducting the project: 1.7.2019. – 1.1.2021.

Barek services, an organisation which specializes in digital technology and marketing business consulting, is investing in the introduction and the certification of of management systems according to the demands of the norms ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
By reaching an applicable level of standard in internationally respected levels of quality and safety in the exchange of goods and services through the increase in use of well known norms which contribute to the trust of buyers, especially in the areas of improving the quality of management systems and increasing one’s ability to to prove system quality, Barek digital will have an easier access to international markets and their competitiveness will improve.
Goals and the expected results of the project:
- General goal of the project is to contribute to the development of small and medium scale entrepreneurship in Croatia, strenghtening their competitive market position and international surroundings and by applying ICT secure the support of information society in Croatia.
- The purpose, or the specific goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the Barek usluge company by investing into the introduction and certification of management systems according to the demands of internationally recognized norms ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
The suggested project will ensure the accomplishment of these indicators:
- CO01 – number of comapnies that are getting the support: 1
- CO02 – number of companies that are getting resources: 1
- CO05: Number of new companies receiving support: 1
- Co06: Private investments which correspond with the public support: 47.724,00 HRK
- Number of systems for quality or business processes management introduced into the business (certified): 3
The recommended project ensures:
- Acquirement of 3 certificates for a quality or business processes management system
- The preservation of the current workplace
- Positive environment for new hirings
- Increase in sales revenue for a minimum of 100%
- Increase in export revenue
- Increasing the competitiveness of the organisation on local and foreign markets
- Improving the use of sustained growth measures
Full value of the project: 317.940,00 HRK
Granted sum of non-returnable resources (support): 270.216,00 HRK
Time of conducting the project: 14.1.2019. – 14.7.2019.
